The Premium weather packages update in 15 minute intervals over 30 layers. Our basic free data stream contains five satellite layers, updated every 3 hours.

Animated Wind, Radar, Lightning

Watch precipitation pass over land and sea, punctuated by lightning strikes and ground wind animation. Radar animation shows the last 12 hours.

Jet Stream and Wind

Jet Stream heat maps, and lower altitude wind direction and speed power the storms you’ll be tracking.

Air Quality

An air quality heat map good enough to show major fires and their drift into major population centers.

Hourly Satellite Photographs

Satellite Geocolor photographs show the Earth as it really is. Taken from an altitude of 350 miles, and rendered together for a true real-world picture on your Geochron.

Ocean Conditions

Currents, wave height, tidal height, and surface temperatures in the ocean paint a picture of the energy that transmits to the storms above.

Storm Tracking

Hurricanes, cyclones and typhoons are tracked with projected paths (Global). Plus a human analysis of the weather showing weather fronts, highs and lows (North America only).
