All Version 2s are out of warranty, but Geochron will continue to remedy inoperable software problems with our in-house service at no charge.  Returned Version 2s will be returned with a fully updated Version 2 program.

  • For this free service, shipping to Geochron is your responsibility.
  • Geochron offers free return shipping to any location in the US or UK using standard post, and discounted shipping to any user outside the US or UK.
  • Only send the Version 2 computer. No remotes, dongles, retail containers, or power supplies.
  • Please include a note with a brief description of the issue, as well as your name and address.
  • Turnaround time is up to two weeks after we receive your Version 2.
  • Geochron may elect to return a refurbished unit to you instead of your original unit, but either way ALL user settings will be lost.
